Our best blast-from-the-past rates are available for a limited number of rooms on select midweek and weekend dates between May 1 and December 19, 2025. This special is for new group bookings only — because every great party deserves a fresh guest list. A minimum of 10 rooms for 2 nights is required to join the celebration, along with a seasonal catered food and beverage minimum to keep the good times (and great flavors) rolling. Rates are exclusive of a $59 daily resort fee (but hey, you’ll get 50% off that), unlocking a TON of amenities — including access to the all-new Three Waters Resort — plus 12.5% tax (because, well… taxes). Feeling extra festive? Groups booking 50 or more total room nights for midweek stays (Sunday–Thursday) can score a Midweek Booking Bonus: your choice of a complimentary 45-minute welcome reception, an upgrade to a 4-course plated dinner, or a boxed breakfast or lunch for a group activity. (Single occupancy rates apply. Double occupancy? Expect a little extra.)
